1. Mô tả công việc
– Manage all HR-Admin work of a garment plant of about 1,000 employees with a focus on setting up policies & regulations, recruiting, training, setting up job descriptions, performance management, employee relation, employee communication, staff activites, HR Administration, Administrations.
– Other duties assigned by Admin & HR Director.
2. Yêu cầu
– Bachelor in HRM/Business Management/Economics/Law
– Min. 5- year experience in HRM post with foreign manufacturing companies with the H/C size of +500, preferably in garment industry
– Good at English in written and oral communication and Ms office : word, excel, power point
– Master in Labour Code
– Strong management skills, good at interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills analyzing & solving problems skills, planning & organizing skills
– Mature, proactive, high responsibility, business mindset, teamwork, open for learning and changes, ability to work under high pressure
