2. Mô tả công việc
Purpose: To achieve the Outlet targets that are signed the contract by managing and developing Outlet in assigned area.
– Find new customers that are qualify with the company’s standard to sign off contracts with them
– Ensure trading term in outlet contracts are reasonable, achievable and win-win
– Maximize the effectiveness of ROI at outlets
– Cooperate well with daily operation team in hand over new customers to ensure that all terms of a contract are implemented seriously and sales records are shared together to guarantee that a figures are all right to support for processing payment
– Be timely and quickly in solving customer’s complaints
– Monitor contracts to ensure outlet’s owners understanding how they achieve or not achieve their target
– Visit customers to check actual volume against company’s system and to remind customers about their contract’s implementation
– Support other staffs in team to achieve the team goal
– Check execution of daily operation team at POP and give feedback to improve the trade
– Update regularly competitor’s information
3. Kỹ năng yêu cầu
– Good knowledge of high class consumer goods, hotels, restaurants.
– 2-year experience at least in customer development in F&B (preferably wine maybe spirits)
– Good English skills
– Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain and develop the company’s sales network.
– Clearly has achieved performance – customer acquisition/maintenance
– Computer literate Word, Excel, Power Point.
– Young, energetic and passionate about sales
– High level of initiative and integrity.
– Professional appearance.
